I don't normally write reviews but after such a pleasant experience with Chris, an Audi salesman, and the rest of the staff at Audi of Raleigh, I would be doing them a disservice not to share! Everyone is very professional and treats you with respect whether you're dressed like you can afford an R8 or not! I didn't end up buying my Audi from here due to CPO availability but because of the help and dedication that Chris gave me, I will have all of my servicing taken care of here. Great place, friendly people, what more could you ask for in a dealership?

I had been looking at the Audi A6 for some time stopped by Audi of Raleigh while at a meeting in Raleigh. Stanley stopped me as I was leaving as I was just looking. He didn't hassle me in the days to follow as some salesmen do. I returned a week later and we talked again. I decided to pursue in purchasing just didnt know which dealership (it was between Va Beach, Greenville and Raleigh) Well I returned with wife just to show her the car (2 hr) drive. She loved it. Great Customer Experience. 
I went to the Raleigh Audi dealer to buy a new S4. John Marble met me at the door and asked how he could help me. While I was disappointed to learn that there were no new S4's on the lot, John indicated that he had a few lightly used certified S4's on the lot. John was very knowledgeable, not pushy at all and if he didn't know an answer he was honest about it and tracked the answer down. The Finance team were very helpful as well. Would highly recommend.

Felt compelled to make a Yelp account just to post a review for Audi Raleigh.

I drive a B8 generation A4, and admittedly, I've had a few (minor) issues with the car since purchase. One was the well documented  oil-consumption issue. This is not the dealerships fault. They have been an absolute pleasure to work with. I never have an issue getting an  appointment, or a loaner car, and the staff is always courteous and  forthright.

All of the repair work has been done under warranty, and I've been kept well informed about replacement parts that have  addressed the issue. I'm no longer having these consumption issues. They also fixed some low-speed wheel jitter early in my warranty period.

Recently I was the victim of vandalization, and again, they were very helpful, timely, and courteous. Steve Dutra is generally who I work with, and is  great, but I have had pleasant experiences with virtually every member of the staff. I bought an Audi for the service experience, as well as  the vehicle, and Audi Raleigh has not disappointed.

I will continue to frequent them as a patron, and will encourage others to as well. Kudos to the staff, and keep it up. The facility itself is also new, clean, etc.

Let me put it this way:
I live in Nothern California and actually flew all the way to North Carolina to buy a car from these guys. Not just because they had the car  I wanted, but also because they deserved it.
 
Anthony Cotellese  (the salesman) and Melissa Cape (who took care of pretty much everything  paperwork -- financing, registration with the CA DMV, helping getting  the car shipped, etc.) were absolutely amazing. The nicest, kindest, most competent people I've ever bought a car from. Now, I do realize that the bar set by California car dealers is pretty low, but still...  They were awesome, and next time I'm in the market for an Audi they will  be the first people I'll call. Even if it means flying 6 hours.

He is quite helpful (and honest) even if you are comparing a particular Audi to another manufacturer's model. There credit department manages your business transaction like it really matters.
